{"id":3279,"date":"2025-05-28T11:22:49","date_gmt":"2025-05-28T09:22:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/livingandworking.preprodwi.fr\/?p=3279"},"modified":"2025-05-28T11:24:46","modified_gmt":"2025-05-28T09:24:46","slug":"studentenjobs-in-deutschland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/livingandworking.preprodwi.fr\/de\/2025\/05\/28\/studentenjobs-in-deutschland\/","title":{"rendered":"Studentenjobs in Deutschland"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Studierende aus Nicht-EU-Staaten<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Studierende, die an einer ausl\u00e4ndischen Universit\u00e4t eingeschrieben sind, d\u00fcrfen in Deutschland w\u00e4hrend ihrer Ferien arbeiten (maximal 90 Tage pro Jahr), vorausgesetzt sie erhalten eine vorherige Zustimmung der&nbsp;<strong>Zentrale Auslands- und Fachvermittlung (ZAV)<\/strong>, ein Visum und eine Krankenversicherung.<br>Studierende, die an einer deutschen Universit\u00e4t eingeschrieben sind, d\u00fcrfen ohne Genehmigung arbeiten, allerdings maximal&nbsp;<strong>120 Tage in Vollzeit<\/strong>&nbsp;oder&nbsp;<strong>240 Tage in Teilzeit pro Jahr<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Studierende aus der Europ\u00e4ischen Union<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-eures-plugin-accordion-block\"><div class=\"accordion-top\"><p class=\"accordion-title\">Arbeitsrecht<\/p><svg viewBox=\"0 0 24 24\" stroke-width=\"1.5\" fill=\"none\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" class=\"accordion-top__icon\"><path d=\"M3 12L21 12M21 12L12.5 3.5M21 12L12.5 20.5\" stroke-width=\"1.5\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\"><\/path><\/svg><\/div><div class=\"accordion-content\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arbeitsvertrag<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Der&nbsp;<strong>Werkstudentenvertrag<\/strong>&nbsp;ist ein Arbeitsvertrag, der es an der Universit\u00e4t eingeschriebenen Studierenden erm\u00f6glicht, in ihrem Studienbereich zu arbeiten (z.\u202fB. Marketing oder Management). Er verbindet Studium und Berufserfahrung und kann zu einer sp\u00e4teren Festanstellung f\u00fchren. Dieser Vertrag ist nur g\u00fcltig, solange der Student an der Universit\u00e4t eingeschrieben ist \u2013&nbsp;<strong>nicht w\u00e4hrend eines Studienurlaubs oder nach Studienabschluss<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arbeitsdauer<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Der&nbsp;<strong>Werkstudentenvertrag<\/strong>&nbsp;hat eine Mindestlaufzeit von sechs Monaten. Die&nbsp;<strong>gesetzliche H\u00f6chstarbeitszeit betr\u00e4gt 20 Stunden pro Woche<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ruhezeiten \/ Urlaub<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Studierende hat Anspruch auf anteiligen Urlaub entsprechend seiner Arbeitszeit. Der&nbsp;<strong>Urlaubsanspruch entsteht jedoch erst nach sechs Monaten Besch\u00e4ftigung<\/strong>&nbsp;im Unternehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 Arbeitstage pro Woche:&nbsp;<strong>16 Urlaubstage pro Jahr<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Arbeitstage pro Woche:&nbsp;<strong>20 Urlaubstage pro Jahr<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verg\u00fctung<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Stundenlohn muss&nbsp;<strong>mindestens dem gesetzlichen Mindestlohn entsprechen<\/strong>, also&nbsp;<strong>12,41 \u20ac brutto pro Stunde (Stand Mai 2025)<\/strong>. Ein h\u00f6herer Lohn ist m\u00f6glich, wenn ein Tarifvertrag dies vorsieht.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-eures-plugin-accordion-block\"><div class=\"accordion-top\"><p class=\"accordion-title\">Sozialversicherung<\/p><svg viewBox=\"0 0 24 24\" stroke-width=\"1.5\" fill=\"none\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" class=\"accordion-top__icon\"><path d=\"M3 12L21 12M21 12L12.5 3.5M21 12L12.5 20.5\" stroke-width=\"1.5\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\"><\/path><\/svg><\/div><div class=\"accordion-content\">\n<p>Auch als Werkstudent m\u00fcssen Sie Sozialversicherungsbeitr\u00e4ge leisten. Aufgrund des Werkstudentenprivilegs sind diese Beitr\u00e4ge jedoch&nbsp;<strong>deutlich geringer<\/strong>&nbsp;als bei regul\u00e4ren Angestellten.<br>Als Student zahlen Sie&nbsp;<strong>keine Beitr\u00e4ge zur Kranken-, Pflege- oder Arbeitslosenversicherung<\/strong>.<br>Sobald Sie jedoch&nbsp;<strong>mehr als 556\u202f\u20ac pro Monat verdienen<\/strong>, sind Sie rentenversicherungspflichtig. In diesem Fall zahlt Ihr Arbeitgeber&nbsp;<strong>pauschal 15\u202f% Ihres Bruttogehalts<\/strong>&nbsp;an die Rentenversicherung, Sie zahlen nur die Differenz zum allgemeinen Beitragssatz von&nbsp;<strong>18,6\u202f%<\/strong>, also&nbsp;<strong>3,6\u202f% Ihres Gehalts<\/strong>.<br>Alternativ k\u00f6nnen Sie einen&nbsp;<strong>schriftlichen Antrag auf Befreiung von der Rentenversicherungspflicht<\/strong>&nbsp;bei Ihrem Arbeitgeber stellen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-eures-plugin-accordion-block\"><div class=\"accordion-top\"><p class=\"accordion-title\">Steuerrecht<\/p><svg viewBox=\"0 0 24 24\" stroke-width=\"1.5\" fill=\"none\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" class=\"accordion-top__icon\"><path d=\"M3 12L21 12M21 12L12.5 3.5M21 12L12.5 20.5\" stroke-width=\"1.5\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\"><\/path><\/svg><\/div><div class=\"accordion-content\">\n<p>Als studentischer Arbeitnehmer gelten Sie rechtlich als normaler Arbeitnehmer. Das bedeutet, Sie m\u00fcssen&nbsp;<strong>Steuern zahlen<\/strong>, insbesondere&nbsp;<strong>Einkommensteuer<\/strong>&nbsp;und gegebenenfalls&nbsp;<strong>Kirchensteuer<\/strong>. Die H\u00f6he richtet sich selbstverst\u00e4ndlich nach Ihrem Einkommen als studentischer Arbeitnehmer.<br>Um genau zu wissen, wie viel netto \u00fcbrig bleibt, empfiehlt sich ein&nbsp;<strong>Brutto-Netto-Rechner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als studentischer Arbeitnehmer haben Sie ab 2025 Anspruch auf einen&nbsp;<strong>Grundfreibetrag von 12.096\u202f\u20ac<\/strong>.
